Well here it is, 5 months later with Rockelle’s recovery of a broken rear cannon bone. She appears to show no discomfort or ill effects from the tragedy, other then the recognizable past injury. My husband shattered his ankle 2 years ago, requiring 2 surgeries and he is amazed at her ability to function without any apparent lingering pain or suffering. I also feel it is quite amazing regarding Rockelle’s recovery. I am disappointed in my inability to have properly set her bone for a clean healing, but I am content with the fact Rockelle is unfazed with the improper set and has recovered without even so much as a limp at this time.
