With April’s first surprise of Morie, came a second unexpected one from a friend, an Australian Shepherd we named Miss Kitty. A bundle of love rolled up in a ball of fur on 4 legs.

Add a 4-year-old granddaughter with the new kid who had no siblings or herd mates her age along with a puppy that was taken from her mother and siblings and they fast became a tight bond, which we dubbed, “The Three Musketeers”.

Miss Kitty has some large paws to fill as she watches and learns from my Pib, the ropes of watching over, caring for and loving our goats.
